About this system
The School Timetable & Teaching Records system lets teachers keep a daily record of each of the eight school periods, using short answers, typed notes or voice recordings. It is developed and owned by Computer Kingdom.
Information we collect
Only a username and password are required. Full name, email and phone are optional. We also store your answers (school attendance, who taught each period, and lesson feedback), the notes and voice recordings you submit, and the date, period and time they were created. The number of students who added data for a period is shown to all users, but never who they are.
How your data is used
Your data is used only to run this service. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Who can see your records
Your records are private to your account. System administrators can view all user data for support, moderation and management.
24-hour edit rule
You can edit or delete a record only within 24 hours of adding it. After that it is locked. Contact an administrator if a correction is needed.
Passwords and security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be read by anyone. If you forget your password, request a reset; an administrator will set a new one. You can change it any time from the Account page. Choose a strong password and never share it.
Your responsibilities
Record only information you are permitted to keep. Avoid sensitive personal details about students, and do not record other people's voices without permission.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the system grows, including when a mobile app is released.
